These are the exact workouts used in the 2018 ADO Fall Challenge

Description

Workouts

  • Resistance band workouts with exercise video demonstration
  • Designed to keep your heart rate elevated in its optimal fat burning zone at 65% – 75% of your maximum heart rate
  • 5 workouts per week (6 Week Workout Program)
    • 60 total circuits
      • Each circuit has 3 exercises
    • 4 rounds of each circuit with 1 minute rest between rounds
    • Each circuit has exercise video demonstration
    • Designed using the LMH system
    • Weeks 2, 4, and 6 introduces “Finishers” at the end of the workouts
  • Progression is based on:
    • Increasing resistance week to week
    • Decreasing rest time between exercises
    • Decreasing rest time between circuits

NOTE:

  • Resistance band set and loop band needed for workouts.  Both are sold separately.
  • This product only includes the workouts. It does not include any other features from our challenge
