2018 Fall Challenge Workouts

These are the exact workouts used in the 2018 ADO Fall Challenge.

  • 6 week workout program focusing on isolated body parts each day
  • 60 total circuits
  • Each circuit has 3 exercise movements
  • Every circuit/exercise has a video demonstration
  • Designed with 5 workout days and 2 rest days per week
  • Weeks 1, 3, and 5 add One “Burnout” at the end of each workout
  • Weeks 2, 4, and 6 add Two  “Burnouts” at the end of each workout

Workouts

  • Resistance band workouts with exercise video demonstration
  • Designed to keep your heart rate elevated in its optimal fat burning zone at 65% – 75% of your maximum heart rate
  • 5 workouts per week (6 Week Workout Program)
    • 60 total circuits
      • Each circuit has 3 exercises
    • 4 rounds of each circuit with 1 minute rest between rounds
    • Each circuit has exercise video demonstration
    • Weeks 1, 3, and 5 introduce One “Burnout” at the end of each workout
    • Weeks 2, 4, and 6 introduce Two “Burnouts” at the end of each workout
  • Progression is based on:
    • Increasing resistance week to week
    • Decreasing rest time between exercises
    • Decreasing rest time between circuits
